Remote Support: $55 per hour (one-hour minimum)
On-Site Support: $75 per hour (one-hour minimum)

We offer a range of IT services for your home, designed to keep your technology running smoothly. Our services include:

New Computer Setup: $120 (Includes: Unboxing, initial setup, OS configuration (Windows), essential software installation, network connection, data transfer (up to 2 TB).)
Operating System Upgrade: $100 (Includes: Upgrade to the latest version of Windows, driver and update installation, basic testing. We will advise on compatibility before proceeding.)
Virus and Malware Removal: $90 (Includes: Comprehensive scan, infection removal, antivirus software installation. Severe infections may require additional time, billed hourly. No Fix, No Fee Guarantee.)
Home Network Setup (Basic): $70 (Includes: Single Wi-Fi router setup, security configuration, connection of up to 10 devices.)
Smart Home Device Setup: $35 per device, or $85 for a bundle of 3. (Includes installation and configuration of major smart home devices (Google/Alexa), smart cameras, smart lights, and other smart devices as requested by the customer on a best-effort basis.)
Data Backup Setup (Basic): $70 (Includes: Configuration of local (external drive provided by client) or cloud backup solution (client pays for subscription), file/folder selection, initial backup.)

Important Notes:

All prices are tentative and subject to change.
On-site support is available within Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties, unless otherwise specified.
Travel expenses apply for on-site support.
Severe virus infections, complex network setups, custom projects and extensive data recovery may require additional time, billed at the applicable hourly rate.
Clients are responsible for purchasing any necessary hardware or software licenses, unless otherwise specified.
We do not offer advanced data recovery services (forensic recovery).
We specialize in Windows and Linux systems. Mac support is provided on a best-effort basis.
